Merchandise may be returned with prior approval to Tacticalsight.com within 10 days of receipt for a refund, provided the items are returned to us in brand new condition in the original packaging. Once you mount a scope it becomes a used product and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return(placing the scope in the rings constitutes mounting). We may assess a 15% restocking fee for returns. All products we sell carry their factory supported warranty. Tacticalsight.com does not offer any express warranty itself on the products sold, as such, all warranty related issues should be discussed with the manufacturer. We will do our best to obtain factory assistance if need be but all warranty is through the manufacturer.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBLITY TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL DELIVERIES. Tacticalsight.com is not responsible for any package stolen from a customer's home or workplace. Tacticalsight.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after FedEx, UPS or USPS has picked up the package from us. Tacicalsight.com will not be responsible for orders which are lost or damaged and were not shipped with insurance or signature requirement. You may call or email with your request to purchase insurance or signature, and we will ship your package with your option and will charge your credit card for this option.
